Chapter Regent
2020-2022

The Margaret Whetten Chapter, NSDAR was organized on February 27, 1909. We celebrated 110 years as a Chapter last year, and we are growing faster than ever!

Our members live and work in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia, and serve in leadership roles on the Chapter, State, and National levels of DAR.

Affectionately called "Maggie's Girls" (our namesake was of course Margaret), we enjoy mentoring new members, providing leadership opportunities to all of our members, and most importantly, volunteering!

I hope you will get in touch to learn more about us and join us for an upcoming virtual meeting.

In DAR Friendship,

Lee Holifield
